A Cancellations for reservations made through this website are refundable in full (less a $75 cancellation fee) if they are cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date. For cancellations processed within 30 days of the arrival dates, refunds are determined by the amount of revenue able to be recouped from dates rented to other guests. Every effort will be made to rent cancelled dates to other guests, though no guarantee is made as to the refund amount as guests may not re-book dates either at all or at the same rate. What is the check-in process?
A The check-in process across our properties is completely contactless! You will be texted a link to your guest guide 30 days before the first night of your stay. This guide includes everything you’ll need for check-in, including door codes, parking registration information, and more. No front desk check-in is ever required to access your vacation home.

What payment forms do you accept?
A Visa and Mastercards are accepted for a 3% processing fee. Personal checks are accepted without fee. If you plan to pay with a personal check, please contact us first.

Are any properties pet-friendly?
A Currently, we do not manage any pet-friendly properties. Service animals are of course exceptions to this policy.

What time is check-out/check-in?
A Check-out is 10:00am and check-in is 3:00pm. Late check-outs (5pm) are available for a half-night’s rental rate and **must** be purchased at least 14 days before your arrival.
