Reservations are refundable in full (less a $75 cancellation fee) if they are cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Two forms of travel insurance are available through our partner insurer at the time of booking and up to 28 days after booking. A policy covering cancellations due to medical emergencies is available, as well as a policy entitled CFAR ("Cancel For Any Reason") for a higher fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of your reserved arrival date without travel insurance are not eligible for refunds. Dates for reservations beginning in 30 days or less cannot be changed.

What is the check-in process?
The check-in process across our properties is completely contactless! You will be texted a link to your guest guide 30 days before the first night of your stay. This guide includes everything you’ll need for check-in, including door codes, parking registration information, and more. No front desk check-in is ever required to access your vacation home.

What payment forms do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted for payment with a processing fee. Bank transfers are available through our payment processor as well.

Are any properties pet-friendly?
Currently, we do not manage any pet-friendly properties. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation submitted to the resort manager.

What time is check-out/check-in?
A Check-out is 10:00am and check-in is 3:00pm. Due to restrictions in our cleaning schedule, we do not offer any extensions to the check out times or early check-ins.
